Zaineb, Salwa and Asma will undergo a one year transition program with the goals to transit from a novice nurse to an advanced beginner. To reach this goal the Nursing Education and Training department have put together a one year rotation plan for the nurses who will have the opportunity to work in different departments within SKHG, SKHWC and RCDR together with nominated preceptors.
